Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Operations, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years progressive supply chain/operations experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience in life sciences or highly regulated environments.
• Experience in FDA-regulated and cGMP environments.
• Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience negotiating supplier agreements and managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience implementing or optimizing ERP/MRP systems and related supply chain processes.
• Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, procurement, materials management, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to service levels, inventory, supplier performance, forecast accuracy, costs, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to improve inventory turns and reduce excess/obsolete inventory while ensuring safety stock and material availability.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with critical suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Lead supplier selection, qualification, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee negotiations and contracting activities for key suppliers and partners.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and R&D to align supply chain activities with priorities.
• Establish processes to improve demand forecasting, capacity planning, MRP, and production scheduling.
• Support new product development and commercialization with supply chain readiness and sourcing strategies.
• Identify potential supply disruptions and implement risk-mitigation plans.
• Ensure procurement and materials management comply with FDA, cGMP, and company requirements.
• Lead ERP/MRP initiatives, data integrity, and process optimization.
