Syner-G is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that support growth and transformation across the CMO/CDMO sector. You will coordinate internal stakeholders, drive planning, risk management, and execution while partnering with leadership to meet client and business objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical or related industries, strong PM skills, and the ability to manage complex programs across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• MBA/MS or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/CMO-CDMO or related industries.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps using familiar PM tools.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with Commercial, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and more.
• Monitor budgets, risks, milestones and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
