Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in billing or related field.
• Minimum of three years law firm billing experience.
• Experience with Aderant CMS preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit prebills to adjust time and disbursements, transfers, and time entries.
• Print, sort, and distribute prebills; print drafts/finals for attorney review.
• Enter exemptions, alternate rates, and maintain client billing data.
• Submit and track invoices; resolve billing issues with clients and attorneys.
• Provide billing statistics and reports using Excel; meet deadlines.
