Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive bid documentation and pricing information.
• Coordinate bid activities from opportunity qualification through submission.
• Maintain bid schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support creation and formatting of bid documents and templates.
• Monitor bidding platforms and assist Regional Sales Managers in quoting projects.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and subject matter experts to develop bid strategies.
• Coordinate bid review meetings and address concerns with stakeholders.
• Monitor CRM and pipeline information, run reports, and track project status.
• Review and facilitate discount requests and promotions.
• Establish connections with contractors to identify awarded projects.
