You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on B2B initiatives and drive process improvements across Salesforce, quoting, and opportunity management. Qualifications include a business/finance background with 5+ years in transactional systems, strong Excel skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics or related field; minimum 5 years with transactional systems and business operations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build analytical models.
• Experience bridging Sales, Finance, and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide partner support & guidance and be the primary contact for B2B/B2C partners.
• Document processes and share knowledge through playbooks.
• Identify gaps in processes and drive holistic solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance to resolve claim discrepancies.
• Operationalize pricing policies and ensure data accuracy.
