You will own documentation, drive process improvements, and collaborate with IT to enhance Salesforce quoting and opportunity management while upholding compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide partner support and guidance.

• Collaborate with Finance to resolve claim discrepancies.
• Operationalize pricing policies for channel partners.
• Support Salesforce opportunity management and quoting efforts.
• Test system enhancements and provide practical IT/business insights.
