Job summary

CSP is seeking a Manager - Business Intelligence to lead our BI program within Strategy and Transformation. You will own demand management, governance, and rollout, turning fragmented reporting into a single source of truth with self‑serve dashboards.

You’ll partner with IT while enabling Finance, Operations, Sales and Procurement, reporting to the VP of Strategy and Transformation. You will define BI standards, drive data governance and an operating model, and empower leaders—from plant floor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative field.
• 5-7+ years building and leading BI/data analytics programs.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• Strong SQL and data modeling understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own BI program roadmap, intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Lead rollout of dashboards and analytics with training and adoption.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, Sales, and Procurement to gather data needs.
• Ensure standard definitions and single source of truth across the organization.
