Job summary
Balchem is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, and support modern data and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, transforming data from multiple systems into trusted insights through governed semantic models, dashboards, reports, and analytics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 3 years' experience.
- Advanced Power BI development, administration, and deployment experience.
- Strong SQL skills, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Fabric and analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data solutions within Microsoft Fabric.
- Create enterprise dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics with Power BI.
- Develop scalable semantic models for enterprise reporting.
- Build and optimize SQL-based data transformations and reporting datasets.
- Manage data integration between enterprise apps and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
