The role focuses on developing semantic models with DAX and Power Query, overseeing governance, and enabling self-service analytics across the organization with Snowflake and AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience including semantic model design, DAX, and report/dashboard delivery.
• Power BI administration experience: workspace management, deployment pipelines, gateway configuration, and tenant settings.
• Strong DAX proficiency including time intelligence, semi-additive measures, and calculation groups.
• Solid Power Query (M) skills for data transformation.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance in BI: change control, audit logging, version management.

Responsibilities

• Own Power BI ecosystem ownership including administration, governance, and capacity planning.
• Design, build, and maintain semantic models, reports, dashboards, and dataflows meeting enterprise standards.
• Partner with business units to gather requirements and translate into BI solutions.
• Leverage Snowflake and Azure Fabric within the BI platform to deliver scalable data products.
• Mentor users and promote governed self-service analytics across the organization.
