Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Power BI development, administration, semantic modeling, and deployment.
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries, views, stored procedures.
• Experience with Fabric and modern analytics platforms including lakehouses, warehouses, data pipelines, notebooks, and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions within Microsoft Fabric.
• Create and maintain enterprise reporting solutions, dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics in Power BI.
• Design, publish, and maintain scalable semantic models for enterprise reporting.
• Develop and optimize SQL-based data transformations, structures, and reporting datasets.
• Build and support data integration processes between enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Ensure reporting solutions align with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, pipelines, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, applications, security access, deployments, and usage monitoring.
• Participate in enterprise data architecture initiatives and analytics platform strategy.
• Work with users across multiple business functions to improve reporting capabilities and data accessibility.
• Maintain version control for BI and data assets using established processes and tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Stay current on Fabric, Power BI, and analytics best practices.
