Job summary

Collette is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Intelligence Developer to design, build, and support enterprise analytics using Power BI, Fabric, and Snowflake. This role will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and analysts to translate business needs into intuitive reports and dashboards, scalable semantic models, and trusted analytics products.

The ideal candidate combines strong BI engineering skills with business acumen, a product mindset, and a commitment to data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience developing BI/analytics solutions with Power BI.
Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with cloud data warehouses.
Experience with governance, release pipelines, and data quality.

Responsibilities

Lead BI design, build, and support of enterprise analytics using Power BI, Fabric, and Snowflake.
Partner with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate needs into dashboards and models.
Develop scalable semantic models and reusable reporting patterns.
Mentor BI developers and analysts and drive standards across the team.
Ensure data quality, governance, and trusted analytics for decision makers.
