Vagaro is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager in Pleasanton, CA to lead analytics initiatives and collaborate with executives to enable data-driven decisions. You will steer a small BI team and work with cross-functional groups to refine data assets and models.

You will design analytic frameworks, build marketing models, and present insights monthly to product owners. This role emphasizes data governance, tooling, and strategic thinking for value creation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in analytical/research environment
• 3+ years in consumer marketing analytics
• Supervisory experience preferred
• MBA or related degree or equivalent work experience in CS/Statistics/Math/Marketing

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 3-5 BI analysts and oversee day-to-day tasks
• Collect and refine data from multiple business teams for analysis
• Build and share monthly insights with product owners
• Perform deep-dive analyses and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders
• Drive omni-channel analytics and cross-channel insights
• Advance data modeling and analytics tooling and hygiene
• Translate business questions into data requirements and deliverables
• Maintain reliability by adhering to scheduled shifts
