Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist at Stennis Space Center, MS. The role focuses on analytics strategy, reporting, and BI platform development to support organizational decision-making. Clearance required: SECRET.

You will collaborate with KM and various departments to implement BI solutions, design dashboards in Tableau, and forecast performance metrics. Strong data visualization and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' experience with Project Management or Business Intelligence and Data Analytics with no Degree.
• Six (6) years' experience with Project Management or Business Intelligence and Data Analytics with a degree from a U.S. accredited college in either Education, Engineering, or Instructional Development.
• Three (3) years' experience leveraging multiple technology platforms, such as Excel, Access, Tableau and other SOCOM approved software/databases when made available, to support program strategies and recommend solutions that meet business goals.
• Three (3) years' experience of advanced data visualization and reporting proficiency with standard Business Intelligence applications, e.g., Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics strategies across the organization and assist with reports for internal and external distribution.
• Support design and development of Business Intelligence Platform and Data Conversion products and monitor KPIs for business strategies.
• Assist with knowledge management and cross-department collaboration to implement BI solutions and reports.
