Job summary

MSM Technology, LLC is seeking a seasoned BI Specialist to design and deliver enterprise BI services for government clients. You will translate business needs into analytics, dashboards, and reports that drive informed decisions.

You will collaborate with end users, maintain data stores and warehouses, and ensure data quality using BI best practices. Proficiency with Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, and Qlik is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance (SCI capable).
• Master’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Expert in BI tools: Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, Qlik.
• Experience in R/Python, Jupyter Lab, Git, Visual Studio.
• Understanding of Knowledge, Information and Data Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise BI services, content, and value propositions for government processes.
• Collaborate with end users to identify needs for data management and delivery.
• Maintain an operational data store and enterprise data warehouse using BI best practices.
• Improve data quality to enhance accuracy and value.
• Support BI architecture enabling ad-hoc analysis and decision making.
• Provide real-time dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, Qlik.
• Offer end-user support and training on BI tools.
• Translate business requirements into analyses, reporting and visuals.
• Gather BI requirements, design solutions and work with developers.
• Utilize platforms including SQL Server, Power BI, Dynamics CRM, SSRS to deploy BI solutions.
