Job summary

MSM Technology is seeking a full-time Senior BI Analyst to develop enterprise BI offerings, collaborate with end users on data needs, and maintain an EDW using BI best practices. You will improve data quality and support a BI architecture enabling ad-hoc analyses and insight generation.

The role involves delivering real-time dashboards and KPIs with tools like Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, or Qlik, and providing end-user support and training. Strong communication and security clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible).
• Master's degree in CS or related field; can substitute for experience.
• Expert in BI tools including Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, and Qlik.
• Experience with R/Python, Jupyter, Git, and Visual Studio preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new enterprise BI service offerings and content.
• Collaborate with end users to identify data needs and opportunities.
• Maintain an operational data store and data warehouse using BI best practices.
• Improve data quality for accuracy, viability and value.
• Support BI architecture enabling ad-hoc analysis and insights.
• Provide real-time dashboards and KPIs via Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, or Qlik.
• Offer end-user support and drive user adoption; train users.
