Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi seeks a Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist to support data analytics strategies, reporting, and BI platform development. You will monitor KPIs, provide actionable data, and help implement data-driven solutions across the organization.

Role involves assisting with KM initiatives, coordinating BI projects, and delivering dashboards to inform senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years' experience with Project Management or Business Intelligence and Data Analytics with no Degree, or six (6) years' experience with Project Management or Data Analytics with a degree from a U.S. accredited college in either Education, Engineering, or Instructional Development.
• Six (6) years’ experience working with and supporting business and/or technology users in the area of Business Intelligence, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
• Three (3) years’ experience leveraging multiple technology platforms, such as Excel, Access, Tableau and other SOCOM approved software/databases when made available, to support program strategies and recommend solutions that meet business goals.
• Three (3) years’ experience of advanced data visualization and reporting proficiency with standard Business Intelligence applications, e.g., Tableau.
• Two (2) years’ experience in analyzing high volumes of data for multiple purposes in a dynamic environment.
• Three (3) years’ experience with designing and/or producing analytic‑based reports.
• Three (3) years’ experience with finance strategy, analysis, and forecasting.
• Three (3) years’ experience with designing and implementing IT Process solutions on enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support data analytics strategies across the organization and assist with reports for internal and external distribution.
• Assist with the design and development of the Business Intelligence Platform and Data Conversion products.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable data to inform business strategies and decisions.
• Support KM initiatives and integrate planning across the command.
• Develop and implement BI projects: development, reporting, and integration.
