Job summary

HexArmor, Limited is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join Revenue Operations in Grand Rapids, MI. You will forecast and analyze performance, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, using AI tools to speed up reporting and insights.

You will collaborate with data engineers, design scalable BI services, and deliver end-to-end dashboards and metrics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, finance or economics.
• Demonstrated experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or reporting role.
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboards in Tableau.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or comparable cloud data platform for large datasets.
• Experience building or maintaining forecasts with time series/regression methods.
• Working knowledge of Python or R and basic ML concepts.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting in Tableau for performance visibility and ad hoc analysis.
• Write and optimize SQL against the data warehouse and define core metrics for consistency.
• Conduct exploratory and statistical analyses, support monthly/quarterly reviews with insights.
• Develop demand, revenue, and sales forecasts at product, customer, channel, and region levels.
• Measure forecast accuracy and refine methodologies to support planning.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate report and model development and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with data engineering on data pipelines, requirements, and QA of new sources.
• Assist ML model development to support reporting and forecasting and ensure data governance.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide thought leadership on analytics approaches.
