Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan in Byron Center, MI is seeking its first Business Intelligence Analyst to build reporting and analytics from the ground up. You’ll work with leaders across the business to create clearer reporting, identify opportunities, and help BathWorks grow smarter as we expand into new markets.

This 100% onsite role requires building dashboards, analyzing performance, and turning data into actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.

Qualifications

Experience building reports or dashboards from CRM/ERP data.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets with large datasets.
Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio).
SQL or query language knowledge is a plus.
Able to explain data clearly to non-technical teams.
Comfort with AI tools to support analysis while validating results.
Must be able to commute to Byron Center office for 100% onsite.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards and recurring reports across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People Operations.
Analyze business performance, trends, bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
Bring data from multiple business systems together into reliable, easy-to-understand reporting.
Define and document key metrics so teams are working from consistent information.
Partner directly with department leaders to improve, automate, and simplify reporting.
Turn data into clear takeaways and actionable recommendations for non-technical teams.
