Job summary

GSA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights, drive strategy with dashboards, and optimize CRM processes across the Federal Acquisition Service’s Optimize team.

You will help expand CRM and Cloud BI capabilities, collaborate with FAS units to define requirements, and prepare management briefings with actionable recommendations. This role supports enterprise-wide data analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience optimizing business processes and CRM/BI systems.
• Experience benchmarking metrics and driving targeted improvements.
• Translate data into presentations for customers and senior management.
• Resume must clearly demonstrate specialized experience at GS-12 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw data into actionable insights to drive strategy, focusing on trends, dashboards, and CRM improvements.
• Lead expansion of CRM and Cloud BI capabilities using acquisition data.
• Define requirements with FAS units and write user stories for backlog and sprint releases.
• Prepare briefings for management with recommendations and action plans.
• Create and maintain project documents including requirements, data mapping, and report specs.
