Job summary

The analyst will help expand CRM and BI capabilities using acquisition data, document requirements, and support senior leadership with data-backed recommendations and action plans for implementation.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience optimizing business processes to improve CRM and contract management.
• Auditing contract and customer data for organizational compliance.
• Analyzing metrics to identify performance gaps and implement improvements.
• Translating technical reports into presentations for customers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Turn raw data into actionable insights to drive strategy, focusing on trends, creating dashboards, and optimizing business processes to improve customer relationship management.
• Lead the expansion of CRM and Cloud BI capabilities through acquisition data within the FAS organization, providing documentation and supporting a feedback loop for enhancements.
• Work with FAS business units to define and document requirements; gather, develop, and write user stories; support prioritization of tasks within the Change Control Board; maintain the requirements backlog for sprint releases.
• Prepare and conduct briefings for higher level management to explain the impact of business decisions, provide recommendations, viable solutions, or action plans, and propose guidance for implementation of recommendations.
• Create, update, and maintain project documents including: business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, functional design, data mapping, and report specifications.
