Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for a contract assignment in Lehi, Utah.

This role supports the Global Strategic Sourcing organization, focusing on employee benefits and coordinating with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits teams. The successful candidate will lead sourcing events, perform market research, and manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract processes, including negotiations and cost analyses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, with benefits or talent acquisition exposure.
• Experience with Source-to-Contract processes and RFx execution.
• Ability to interpret proposals, analyze costs, and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborates with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Legal.
• Manages multiple sourcing projects with accuracy and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium- to high-complexity sourcing events across benefits and recruiting categories.
• Conduct supplier and market research to identify carriers, brokers, and staffing agencies.
• Manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract lifecycle including RFx and negotiations.
• Evaluate proposals and perform pricing analyses; develop recommendations.
• Negotiate master service agreements and statements of work with stakeholders.
• Track savings, service improvements, and performance metrics.
• Support supplier and vendor management activities and reviews.
