Job summary

MW Partner is seeking a sourcing professional in Utah to lead complex sourcing events across employee benefits and related services. You will research suppliers, conduct market analysis, and manage end-to-end S2C processes including RFx, bids, and contract negotiations.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with cost models, and collaboration with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Legal to drive cost savings and value for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably with benefits/HR exposure.
• Experience with S2C processes and RFx execution.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret proposals and cost structures.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Legal.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support medium- to high-complexity sourcing events across benefits categories.
• Conduct supplier and market research to identify qualified providers.
• Manage end-to-end S2C lifecycle including RFx, bid analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Evaluate proposals and perform pricing analyses to support recommendations.
• Negotiate master service agreements and amendments with stakeholders.
• Track, measure, and report sourcing outcomes and cost savings.
• Support supplier and vendor management activities and reviews.
