Job summary

IntelliPro, Lehi, UT, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for a 14-month contract. The role focuses on strategic sourcing across Employee Benefits and Recruiting/Staffing, with hybrid work in Lehi, UT. Pay ranges $40–$44 per hour on W2.

The candidate will manage the end-to-end S2C process, conduct market research, and lead negotiations with suppliers, supported by Legal and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or related experience.
• Experience with Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes and RFx/RFP execution.
• Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Analytical skills to evaluate pricing, cost structures, renewals, and supplier proposals.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Legal, or business stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing or managing categories such as employee benefits, insurance, staffing/recruiting, executive search, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support medium- to high- complexity strategic sourcing events across Employee Benefits and Recruiting/Staffing categories.
• Conduct supplier and market research to identify and evaluate benefits carriers, brokers, TPAs, executive search firms, and staffing agencies.
• Manage the end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) process, including RFx execution, bid analysis, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing, renewal rates, cost models, and recruiting/staffing fee structures.
• Develop data-driven sourcing recommendations for HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits stakeholders.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, administrative service agreements, and contract amendments in partnership with Legal and internal teams.
• Support ongoing supplier management, renewals, business reviews, and performance monitoring.

• Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Total Rewards, Legal, or business stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing or managing categories such as employee benefits, insurance, staffing/recruiting, executive search, or professional services.
