Job summary

VARITE INC in Lehi, UT is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for a 13-month hybrid role, offering $40–$44.36/hour on W2. This position requires US citizenship or green card work authorization.

You will lead and support medium- to high-complexity sourcing events, primarily in Employee Benefits, including research, RFx execution, price analyses, and contract negotiations, partnering with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Benefits teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Experience with employee benefits, health and welfare or related HR services.
• Knowledge of S2C processes and RFx execution.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support medium- to high-complexity sourcing events across assigned categories.
• Conduct supplier and market research to identify qualified providers.
• Manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract lifecycle, including RFx, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Evaluate proposals and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Negotiate master service agreements and amendments with stakeholders.
• Track savings, performance metrics, and renewal cycles.
• Coordinate with HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Legal.
