Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in customer support or account management in Employee Benefits.
• Virginia Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Experience building client relationships and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive in improving processes and managing multiple accounts.

• Build and maintain client relationships while understanding benefit goals.
• Explain plan options and guide clients through renewals and enrollment.
• Coordinate pre-renewal planning, carrier strategies, and open enrollment.
• Prepare renewal analyses and distribute benefits guides and communications.
