Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks a Senior Benefit Consultant to manage a portfolio of employee benefits clients, serving as trusted advisor on renewal strategies, benefits design, and cost management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-7 years of employee benefits account management or related insurance experience.
• Experience with fully insured and alternative funding arrangements.
• Excellent listening, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and communicate effectively with employees, key contacts, and executives.
• Strong organizational skills, including daily prioritization and the ability to manage multiple details simultaneously.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving client concerns.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with online platforms and database management tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships to support satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
• Lead the full renewal process, including carrier marketing, negotiations, cost analysis, recommendations, and implementation.
• Develop and execute benefits strategies aligned with each client's goals and financial objectives.
• Lead annual service planning and key client meetings, presenting actionable insights and recommendations.
• Gather client information, prepare requests for proposals, and obtain alternative plan designs and carrier quotes.
• Coordinate communication among clients, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and benefit vendors.
• Manage new client implementation, including onboarding activities, timelines, and carrier setup.
• Prepare and present open enrollment materials and employee benefit communications through virtual and in-person meetings.
• Conduct compliance reviews and support required filings and documentation.
• Complete and validate pre-renewal and renewal documents to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and connect clients with additional solutions.
• Support the implementation and use of benefits technology platforms, online enrollment systems and benefit administration tools.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage workflows within agency systems and CRM platforms.
• Stay current on employee benefits trends and industry developments through ongoing professional development.
• Participate in or manage additional initiatives and projects as needed.
