Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to support BBG's clients through benefit plan decisions, renewals, and enrollment. You will work with clients, employees, and carriers to resolve questions, coordinate renewal activities, and ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in benefits/account management, a Virginia license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support or account management position within the Employee Benefits Insurance industry.
• Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
• Understanding of employee benefits programs and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and understand benefit goals.
• Explain plan options and guide clients through renewals and enrollment.
• Coordinate pre-renewal planning and carrier strategies.
• Prepare renewal analyses and distribute benefits materials.
• Respond to client questions via phone and email with clear guidance.
