Patriot Growth Insurance Services seeks an experienced Benefits Account Manager to help clients navigate benefit decisions, renewals, and enrollment. You’ll coordinate pre-renewal planning, carrier strategies, enrollment materials, and follow-up while maintaining accurate records and ensuring plans meet client needs.

You’ll work directly with clients, employees, and carriers to resolve questions, evaluate options, and keep benefit programs aligned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer support or account management position within the Employee Benefits Insurance industry.
• Virginia Life and Health Insurance License is required.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; strong communication and relationship skills.
• Understanding of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand each organization's benefits goals.
• Explain insurance plan options and guide clients through renewals and open enrollment.
• Coordinate pre-renewal planning, carrier strategies, enrollment materials and follow-up.
• Prepare renewal analyses and communicate options to clients.
• Create and distribute benefits guides and enrollment materials.
• Respond promptly to client questions by phone and email with clear guidance.
