Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; project management or process-improvement training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of related experience in HR, benefits, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; data/analytics proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional benefits and retirement projects from planning through implementation; manage plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Provide analytical, operational, and project support across Benefits, identify process improvements and enhance service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers; lead communications and change management activities.
