Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is looking for a Benefits & Payroll Analyst to support benefits administration and payroll processing.

You will ensure enrollments, deductions, and vendor data are accurate and compliant, and you will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and benefits partners to drive efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring data integrity, producing reports and dashboards, assisting with annual enrollment, and backing up the payroll administrator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent education and experience.
• Three years of benefits, HR, payroll or analyst experience required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• CEBS or related certification preferred; knowledge of UKG or PlanSource highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life and retirement.
• Collaborates with Benefits Manager to resolve escalated issues and improve processes.
• Monitors data integrations with benefit providers and resolves discrepancies.
• Partners with carriers, brokers, HR, payroll and finance to ensure accurate administration.
• Analyzes benefits, payroll, enrollment, and data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and summaries to support plan management and budgeting.
• Supports annual enrollment, new-hire events, and compliance activities.
• Reconciles vendor invoices and assists with payroll processing and audits.
• Ensures ERISA, ACA, HIPAA and COBRA compliance and maintains data confidentiality.
