Ascent Global Logistics, headquartered in Belleville, Michigan, is seeking a Benefits & Leave Analyst to administer our benefits programs and leave processes, maintain accurate HRIS data, and coordinate with carriers, payroll, and vendors. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, analytics, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in benefits administration, leave administration, HRIS data administration, payroll coordination, or HR reporting.
• Experience with FMLA, STD, ADA processes, and federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), HSA, FSA, EAP).
• Manage leave of absence administration (FMLA, STD, ADA, personal leave).
• Prepare reports on eligibility, enrollment, leave activity, costs, and payroll deductions.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, payroll, and vendors to resolve enrollment and billing issues.
• Support annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
