Job summary

TD SYNNEX North America is seeking an HYVE HR Advisor focused on Benefits and Leave Administration to support LOA casework and benefits education. You will manage Workday transactions, coordinate with Payroll, and ensure compliance with federal/state policies while guiding managers and coworkers through leave processes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration across Benefits, Payroll, HR, and Absence Management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations with a focus on benefits, leave of absence administration, or absence management.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, CFRA/State programs, ADA/FEHA, and return-to-work requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and absence management portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage LOA casework, benefits education, and payroll impacts.
• Educate managers and coworkers on leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, state leaves).
• Process leave-related status changes and Workday transactions.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Absence Management providers on claims.
• Support accommodations and return-to-work transitions.
