Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an HYVE HR Advisor focused on Benefits and Leave Administration in the United States. You will manage LOA casework, educate coworkers on benefits, coordinate with payroll, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

This role involves Workday processes, cross-functional collaboration with Benefits, Payroll, HR, and Absence Management to deliver accurate, timely support and a positive coworker experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations with focus on benefits and LOA.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, CFRA/State programs, ADA/FEHA, and related laws.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and absence management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead LOA administration and case management for coworkers.
• Educate managers and partners on leave programs and compliance.
• Track LOA cases, deadlines, and return-to-work planning.
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits to ensure accurate processing.
• Assist with accommodations and ADA/FEHA return-to-work evaluations.
• Provide benefits education and respond to coworker inquiries.
