Job summary

Christ Fellowship seeks an HR Specialist to oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity for 400+ employees across multiple campuses. The role reports to the HR Systems Administrator and serves as the liaison with the insurance broker to resolve benefits inquiries while ensuring accuracy in employment and payroll systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR experience and knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, payroll, and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with compensation and benefits, labor relations, and personnel information systems.
• Understanding of strategic planning and HR modeling and coordination of people and resources.

Responsibilities

• Gather, verify, and input employee data into ADP Workforce Now to execute accurate payroll runs.
• Maintain real-time accuracy of organizational charts, personnel files, and HRIS data.
• Administer comprehensive employee benefit plans (HSA, FSA, COBRA, disability) and liaison with insurance broker.
• Manage leave administration (FMLA, disability) and track timelines/return-to-work plans.
• Conduct monthly/annual compliance audits for insurance, ACA, and EEOC reporting.
