Job summary

GN, a leader in intelligent hearing, audio, video, and gaming solutions, seeks a Manager, Benefits & Compensation for the U.S. region. You will oversee health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs and partner with Global Compensation & Rewards to support North America.

This role requires 8+ years in HR with benefits focus and 3+ years in compensation, a Bachelor's degree in business or HR, and strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources management.
• 8+ years in Human Resources with a focus on employee benefits, and 3+ years in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of health, welfare, retirement, executive benefits, time-off, wellbeing and ancillary benefit programs.
• Partner with regional P&C, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure compliance with enrollment and benefit life cycle.
• Lead US Benefit Committee and develop recommendations for new or improved benefit plans and cost-saving measures.
