Jonus Group is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to maintain a portfolio of fully insured accounts and cultivate strong client relationships. The role supports a hybrid schedule with some remote work and early Friday office closures, within a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Gen4 and Benefits Zone. Travel to client sites is occasional; a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or related field.
• Benefits experience is highly preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a book of 70–90 fully insured groups.
• Prepare and present proposals for new and renewal business (80% quoting).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Occasionally travel to client offices as required.
• Utilize Gen4 and Benefits Zone to manage accounts.
