Qualifications

• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of Account Executive experience.
• Experience influencing C-level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High energy, detail-oriented self-starter.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate responsibility.
• Willingness to travel (Book of Business specific).

Responsibilities

• Serve as HUB’s primary consultant to the client alongside Producers.
• Retain accounts as the de facto technical expert and broker-consultant.
• Inform Producers about client meetings and prepare for engagements.
• Build relationships with C-Level and other decision-makers.
• Articulate client exposures and applicable insurance coverages.
• Coordinate delivery of HUB services throughout the policy cycle.
• Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables to clients.
• Conduct annual coverage and loss-control reviews to reduce total cost of risk.
• Manage HUB Top 200 process and identify cross-sell opportunities.
