Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Chemical Engineering preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in the Chemical industry with deep expertise in polymerization, process control, or industrial automation.
• Strong business development and customer-facing experience within process industries.
• Ability to interpret strategy and translate it into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel across the globe (Up to 35%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Yokogawa’s industry expert with must-have expertise in polymerization production.
• Provide best practices and guidance on advanced process analyzer applications.
• Build a strong network within the target industry and represent Yokogawa at conferences and forums.
• Help establish a clear value proposition for Advanced Analytical solutions.
• Support sales teams in uncovering and qualifying new projects (greenfield, brownfield, expansions, MRO).
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers at all levels and develop relationship plans.
