Learn the Products
Gain in‑depth knowledge of Victaulic’s products and solutions, supported by an extensive training program.
Understand the Industry
Learn about grooved mechanical pipe‑joining methods, competitor methods (welding, flanging), construction cycles, major projects, market trends, and integrate into local trade organizations.
Understand the Business
Work with your Regional Sales Manager to develop a business plan, including opportunity mapping, sales goals, and product promotion plans. Execute all phases of project pursuit and management from inception to after‑sale follow‑up.
Build Strong Relationships
Develop trust with mechanical contractors, engineers, and project owners. Maintain contact, including after‑hours and weekend engagements such as dinners or events. Partner with Victaulic distributors and coordinate with other representatives and specialists.
Educate and Influence
Educate customers on the value and value‑added benefits of Victaulic’s products. Conduct on‑site demos, training, and lunch‑and‑learn sessions to influence decision‑makers.
