Job summary

Open to remote or hybrid work, with frequent travel (25%+), reporting to the Head of Commercial BD Enablement. A strong BD track record and cross-disciplinary collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in business development or client-facing roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, client needs, and competitor actions.
• Identify target accounts and generate interest in RTI's services.
• Support account management and BD collateral development for pitches.
• Coordinate with marketing and client delivery teams on events and campaigns.
• Assist with scheduling sales calls and follow-up activities.
