Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program/Financial Analyst 2 to support the BD team in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic growth initiatives under supervision.

You will provide analytical, operational, and project-management support across the BD lifecycle, including opportunity tracking, capture, proposals, and customer engagement. The role requires coordination with technical, finance, contracts, procurement, and external partners to position the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, project management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant experience supporting BD, capture management, proposal development, or related activities within a technical, government contracting, engineering, or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned BD projects, milestones, deliverables, action items, and status reports.
• Support opportunity identification, qualification, and tracking; maintain accurate pipeline, capture, and proposal data.
• Coordinate pursuit activities to ensure inputs are aligned with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Assist with development and execution of capture plans, proposal plans, win themes, and customer engagement plans.
• Track pursuit budgets, labor, consultant, travel, and other BD expenses; assist with forecasting and reporting.
• Support the review, coordination, and execution of teaming agreements, NDAs, subcontracts, and other pre-award documentation.
