Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks a Program/Financial Analyst 2 to support the BD team in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic growth initiatives under the guidance of their manager.

The incumbent will provide analytical, operational, and project management support across the BD lifecycle, including opportunity tracking, capture support, proposal development, customer engagement, teaming, and internal coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, project management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• BD Project Management and Execution: Manage assigned BD projects, pursuits, and strategic initiatives, including development and maintenance of schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and status reports.
• Support opportunity identification, qualification, and tracking activities; maintain accurate pipeline, capture, and proposal data in applicable systems and reports.
• Coordinate pursuit activities to ensure inputs are aligned with customer requirements and submission deadlines.
• Assist with development and execution of capture plans, proposal plans, win themes, customer engagement plans, and other pursuit-related materials.
• Track pursuit budgets, labor, consultant, travel, and other BD expenses; assist with forecasting and reporting as required.
• Support the review, coordination, and execution of teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements, subcontracts, and other pre-award partnership documentation in coordination with contracts, legal, procurement, and program personnel.
