Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Development Operations Analyst in McLean, VA. You will support sector business strategy and development by coordinating trade shows, managing events, dashboards, and executive materials, while collaborating across corporate, sector, and division teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience (or a master’s with 0 years) and strong MS Office, Salesforce, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of experience; Master’s degree in a related field with 0 years; four additional years of experience may be substituted.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce and basic CRM functionalities.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Trade Show and Event Management: plan and manage trade show activities, sponsorship tracking, Salesforce entries, reporting, and exec prep materials.
• Cross-Divisional Coordination: coordinate staffing, attendance, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Metrics and Reporting: build dashboards, reports, charts, and pivot tables for sector reporting.
• Executive Support: prepare executive-level presentations, slides, and meeting materials; assist with demos.
• Collaboration and Integration: act as liaison between BD teams and senior leadership.
