Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Analyst for an internship in our Business Development & Capture organization. This position is located at our Baltimore facility, with potential hybrid arrangements.

The qualified candidate will support BD activities, analyze data, and help create training materials and templates for executive reviews. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time as an undergraduate or graduate student and will be enrolled in Fall 2027.
• Majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations or related degree.
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for at least 10 weeks during Summer 2027.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of activities in support of business development, capture or for a specific project/business.
• Gathering, collecting, recording, tracking and verifying data from multiple sources; developing metrics/profiles/market trends.
• Create training material for new capture classes and assist in execution of new business development initiatives.
• Create templates for critical executive reviews (Gate reviews, independent assessments, etc.).
• Use BD tools (SalesForce), open-source data, AI and Windows Office to research and document key information and create reports.
• Support executive level presentations and dashboards; assist in process improvement and digital transformation efforts.
• Role can be hybrid.
