Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years of professional experience; or a Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce and basic CRM functionalities.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage trade show and conference activities, sponsorship tracking, Salesforce entries and reporting.
• Coordinate staffing, attendance, and logistical support across divisions.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support sector metrics.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and demos for stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate, sector, and division BD teams.
• Assist with operational and integration tasks for leadership.
