is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to expand our pipeline across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, combining proactive business development, client relationship management, proposal leadership, and brand marketing in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has a strong network with architects, engineers, facility managers, and hospital decision-makers, plus experience selling into healthcare, academic, or commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or proposal management in AEC/construction strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to winning new work
• Commercial product representative or capital equipment sales background with an existing network of architects, facility managers, and hospital decision-makers strongly preferred
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools; InDesign/Photoshop experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead market research to identify addressable opportunities and prioritize high-potential projects
• Drive proactive outreach and cultivate new and existing client relationships
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Draft, edit, and produce high-quality proposals, RFQs, RFPs, qualifications packages, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning submissions
• Develop compelling narratives and project descriptions for marketing materials
