In addition to hard bidding on pre-designed projects, AACC specializes in collaborative delivery methods, including Construction Management, Design/Assist, Design/Build, Engineer-Procure-Construct, FEED (Front End Engineering and Design), and IPD Alliance. The firm also offers a wide range of consulting services to institutions, municipalities, banks, developers, and sureties, including program management, project feasibility analysis, cost estimating, project audits, and permit expediting.
AACC maintains a broad geographic footprint, having completed projects in seven states over the past three years. As a labor-neutral construction management firm, AACC maintains strong partnerships with union labor while also working with merit-based subcontractors for maximum flexibility. Whether constructing a new warehouse at the Port of Providence, an office fit-out high above Boston’s financial district, or a flagship retail store on 5th Avenue in Manhattan, AACC brings millions of dollars of construction experience to every project.
