Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the Supreme Court & Appellate practice with strategic client plans, pitches and cross-selling initiatives. You will collaborate with Events, Proposals, Creative Services and Client Relationship teams across the New York, Washington DC or Boston offices, reporting to the Senior BDM.

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years marketing or business development management experience.
• Law firm, litigation, and business development experience preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to provide a writing sample.

• Support the Supreme Court & Appellate practice with business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic client plans and programs.
• Lead or support cross-selling initiatives, events, and pitches.
• Provide high-quality content management, targeting content, and market research for client plans.
• Collaborate with Events, Pitch & Proposal, Creative Services, Operations, and Client Relationship teams.
