The role offers Specialist to Manager level progression and involves partnering with attorneys to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead strategic BD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services.
• Experience supporting Financial Institutions, Financial Services, Banking, or transactional practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the Financial Institutions practice’s growth priorities.
• Support client and prospect targeting, deepen relationships, and expand the firm’s client base.
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform BD strategy.
• Support client relationship management, including preparation for key client meetings and development of targeted client plans.
• Coordinate BD activities, events, conferences, sponsorships, and other initiatives to enhance the practice’s profile and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Marketing on thought leadership, awards, directory submissions, and other profile-raising initiatives.
