Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in professional services marketing and BD.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Experience supervising direct reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy for assigned practice and industry groups.
• Develop and monitor business plans with milestones aligned to firm goals.
• Prepare targeted client pitches and responses to RFPs.
• Track and report on BD initiatives, pipelines, and ROI.
• Coordinate cross-practice pitches and sponsorship opportunities.
• Oversee marketing materials and external communications.
